Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. Please watch your email for shipment updates and tracking information (if available). We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience & support.

When will my pre-order item(s) ship?
New vinyl releases typically ship 1-2 weeks prior to commercial release dates. All other products ship 3-5 days prior to release. Please check the release date for each product to avoid any misunderstanding.

If you are ordering multiple items, all items will ship together on the latest release date, when all products are available. If you'd like to receive items as they become available, please order the items separately.

International orders (vinyl records)
While we very much appreciate your direct support, it's usually more economical to order our vinyl through a local record shop. International post costs are higher and delivery times are longer than before. If you choose to order directly, we aim to include extra value (free stuff!) with your order.

EU & UK orders
VAT taxes are imposed by your country and are your responsibility to pay upon receipt. Each country has its own import rules so please be familiar with your country's rules prior to ordering. If orders are returned we can only refund the product cost minus any fees/charges incurred for shipping internationally and being returned to sender. Unclaimed Shipments
If you've made a mistake when entering your address or recently moved without putting in forwarding with the USPS, your package can be misdirected or returned to sender. We will reach out to notify you and help resolve the issue.
